Worst Receptionists I have ever seen, They are very rude, unpleasant and can easily ruin your day. There should be worst performance and communication awards to these receptionists who always create problems out of nothing, Delay things for no reason, they do the very basic and easy tasks in the most difficult way to make sure that their patients get the worst experience, so people just avoid this GP service as much as they can. I think these services and patient experiences with their first contact persons at these GP surgeries are actually ruining the NHS reputation which is not the true reflection of NHS services being provided at hospital level.
Extremely disappointing.
Wish never have to visit them again.
If anyone don't agree, please give a try. Whenever you call them for an anything they will tell a different time to contact, or ask you to come back at a different time, Its not the first time, It happened to me few times now, you have to contact or visit them multiple times to make something happen.
Management - They really need some special training. Its not just me… please check other reviews and reflect please.

This is the best GP Surgery I have used. You can get a same-day appointment (both via phone and face-to-face). The staff are always friendly, and the GPs are great at their jobs. They are the ones who actually listened to me, referred me to the correct people, and finally diagnosed me after 15 years. I also came here for another issue, and they offered a good solution.
It is in a good location, and the overall site is nice and modern.

The downside is you will be on the phone for 30-40 minutes to get an appointment.
They have an NHS staffing problem, so you might have a wait if you have an in-person appointment booked.

Considering all the positive aspects, I can't help but highly recommend this Surgery.

A very good surgery, I've been a patient here for about 4 years now. Everyone's very nice and very helpful. The GPs are really nice, and the nurse's are very friendly and don't make you feel as though your being rushed through your appointment..

This GP needs to retrained their receptionist. They are very useless and inpatient. They need to understand that no one call for fun. People call because of illness. And therefore they should put their self in the callers position and treat them as they will want someone to treat them

This is one of the best doctors in the area. Most of the receptionists are really friendly and helpful but like most places their is just one that thinks they are the doctor. Never mind every doctor that I have ever seen is kind, caring and understanding. They listen to what you have to say no matter if it stupid or not. Can’t praise certain doctors enough and would recommend it to all
