I have just come out of an appointment with the nurse, unfortunately I do not know her name, a smaller lady, ex army, and she was absolutely amazing. A total breath of fresh air and very efficient. Appalling service regarding repeat prescriptions, having to be authorised by Riverside at Retford. Many negative comments all relating to repeat prescription medication issues. The surgery needs to address this issue promptly. It is dragging down the reputation of good Doctors at the surgery and helpful reception staff

The surgery takes a lot of criticism sometimes unfairly in my opinion . I use anima and it is so quick , I put a note on it at 2.00pm , got a call at 2.45 and an appointment at 4.07 pm same day .No doctors surgery could beat that amazing . The NHS is always criticised but at Riverside my experience is a lot of very polite capable people working very hard to offer a great service . Anima is here to stay embrace it . Every time I use it same day solution and I am in my 60s and not really technical . Deserves 5star Thank you

Communication is simply appalling. I travel abroad with very limited access to text. I have asked time and again for communication to be by email, but this doesn't happen. Therefore miss appointments. Getting through by phone requires a long wait and Anima is not good for booking routine appointments such as blood tests

It is increasingly difficult to get to even speak to a Dr, when challenged we get told we wouldn't be able to see a dentist straight away, I don't want to see a dentist I want some care from my GP, I really do think that your policies need to be reviewed, we should not be made to feel guilty for asking for help from our healthcare provider.

Following my original review, I received a call to discuss my issue, I was given an appointment with a practitioner and I really felt like I was listened to, I also got the treatment I required, thank you for following up on this and for the service you have provided me.

Completed a request via the anima app for a poorly child and had a call within minutes as well as a text confirming an appointment later that morning. Dr Ahmed was lovely with my son and very thorough. Prescription issued and collected without issue. Fantastic service for us today, thank you.

Absolutely awful surgery! You cannot get an appointment, continual fight to get regular medication authorised. The reception staff are lively and as helpful as they can be under the circumstances, although I recently saw an elderly gentleman who was obviously distressed about a health issued turned away with the promise of a phone call, he was obviously confused and upset at the outcome, something I personally find deplorable after been a nurse for many years.
