Extremely disappointing service. My 1 year old Son was extremely let down by the service. If you dare question the receptionist or speak to them, how they see fit to speak to you - the surgery manager will threaten to 'strike you off' Please take notice of current reviews about rude staff on local groups and on these Google reviews! I have sought independent legal advice on the surgery and their bullying tactics. Pure arrogance! EDIT: I have spoken to the CQC this morning, and this I formation can be found on their website. If a GP surgery is closed during its operational hours and doesn't make arrangements for a patient to be seen, this is considered poor practice and is considered at putting patients at risk.which is taken into account when the surgery is given their rating. This incident has now been properly reported and I have contacted the ombudsman to investigate matters further.

Lunchtime receptionist extremely nasty and purposely unhelpful! When people are struggling with chronic diseases they should not be faced with the sarcasm and attitude of this person, never in a doctors surgery, a total let down to the team. The blonde receptionists are wonderful and helpful. Shame on her attitude to elderly and sick people !

Great practice, Dr Aziz has been brilliant even taking time hours after my appointment to give me a call back when I needed antibiotics after a & e could not help me, great experience today even after being in alot of pain

Excellent Doctor's,who are very patient, even though they are under alot of pressure . Very helpful receptionist's who make you feel welcome,even though they need alot of patients at time's. Excellent nursing staff who also have alot of patience and help you on any visit.

Receptionists all very pleasant and a refreshing experience with Dr Rouse after having such a poor previous Dr’s!

Always a good reception with immediate questions answered. Receptionists are amazingly good at their jobs.
