Rise Wellness Concept

I have been going here for the last couple of weeks and wow what a fun studio this is! Everyone is welcomed so warmly and the guys that work at the studio are all so friendly. Zoe the owner and my instructor is lovely! She is so fun and energetic and her sessions are never the same! (Which is perfect when you come every week) I recommend this place to all my friends and family. If you’re thinking about joining, Zoe offers sessions at a discounted price for people to trial which is also amazing! A non judgemental place where all stages are welcomed and a genuinely happy and fun studio to be in. Well done Zoe! Should be proud of what your building for people to work on themselves

Started trying some classes at Rise Wellness on top of my usual gym classes to mix up my workouts and try something new! Such a range of classes to choose from and try! They also do themed playlist classes every so often, such as the 2000’s throwback!! You leave feeling knowing you have really worked your body hard yet the classes are still enjoyable! The instructors give you a couple of options for each exercise depending on your ability or how your body feels on the day! 100% recommend and its a great place to go with your friends for a workout, also the studio interior is super cute and calming!

Amazing class! The studio is beautiful, as is the shop, and I loved the whole energy at Rise. Our instructor Zoe made the class super clear and engaging, and although it was hard (and I was aching the next day) it was still very fun. Will definitely be returning ?

I've been attending Rise wellness classes with Zoe and Sophie for a couple of months now, after a friend shared their page on Facebook. I'd never done these type of classes before, so I was super nervous going in, but my goodness I'm so glad I booked that first class! The whole team are so welcoming, encouraging and supportive, they've created a lovely community of which I enjoy being a part of, so much so, I upped my monthly sessions! Since starting, my body is toning well and my level of strength and fitness has noticeably increased. I would and have highly recommended Zoe and her team over at Rise Wellness, it is one of the best investing in myself decisions I've made in a long time. Thankyou Zoe and team ?

Stunning studio with a tranquil vibe and always a warm welcome from Zoe and her team. The classes are fantastic! There is something for everyone and every ability. We attended the mummy & me classes every Thursday. It’s a great place to excise as well as meet new people. I could not reccomend rise wellness enough.

Whether you’re starting out in Pilates or experienced I couldn’t recommend Rise Wellness enough! The classes are AMAZING. Zoe and the team make sure they provide different skill level options in all classes to accommodate everybody. Not to mention aesthetic of the studio and shop gorgeous! Rise Wellness classes are now part of my weekly routine and I’m not mad at it ?

The most gorgeous studio! Absolutely love the strength classes led by Zoe. You really do start to feel and notice a difference the more you go! I have recommended Rise Wellness to everyone as it's so nice to have something like this so local.

True believer in the Rise Concept! Having tried all instructors I can confidently recommend all classes. The studio has an extremely inclusive feel and all classes have options available making them accessible to all ages and ability. Owner Zoe encourages a fun, light and community vibe and that’s really felt from the moment you enter the studio. Fantastic high quality merchandise in the shop which I love to wear when I attend!
