Right at Home Isle of Wight

I’ve been working at Right at Home for 7 months now and I can say it is is by far the best company I ever worked for. I’ve never felt so supported and seen in a workplace. Vicky and Paul are the loveliest bosses ever, and being accompanied by the loveliest team, I couldn’t ask for more! As someone who had never worked in care before, they are very thorough with training and made me feel assured and comfortable. I know it sounds cliche but you really are part of the family and it’s incredible. We are introduced to every new client and are able to build the best relationships with them, lifelong friends if you will! I highly recommend anybody to come and join the team, because you’ll love it!

Right at home are a great company to work for. The training you receive is brilliant, the owners make you feel really appreciated and are always there to listen to any concerns you might have. It's a really fulfilling job with a good salary and monthly incentives.

I have worked for Right at Home on the Isle of Wight for 5 months now and can genuinely say it’s the best! I’ve never felt so supported in a job, especially being new to care. Not once has anybody made me feel silly for asking questions or getting things wrong. The owners, Vicky and Paul, and Manager Katie have created such a welcoming team which I’m proud to now be a part of. I appreciate that we are always introduced to clients to make it more comfortable for both staff and clients alike when meeting somebody new, as that can sometimes be daunting. I would highly recommend this company, and especially our team specifically, should anybody find themselves wanting to join this line of work.

Since starting with this AMAZING company, they have been nothing but incredible. I've given care one last shot and I'm so incredibly glad I chose right at home. I can't tell anyone enough how supportive the management team are. To be actually excited to get to work is a first for me. Things crop up in life unexpectedly and to be able to come in anytime for a coffee, a chat really does not go unnoticed. Truly the best company I have ever worked for and I know everyone feels the same. There is no such thing as perfect but in my opinion its pretty damn close here. I have been with Right at Home now since November and I can honestly say they are the best company I have ever worked for. Management is very supportive and really care about their staff and clients. We are given plenty of time to spend with each client which means our clients are left feeling happy and fully supported. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing care or looking to work in care.

The support from not only the office team, but also co-workers during visits is second to none. The owners Vicky and Paul, as well as the Registered Manager Katie, are wonderful, you can truly see they are so dedicated to providing the best care company on the island. They are always there to support and guide you with anything you might need and nothing is ever too much. The introductions to clients before visits is amazing and hour calls gives you enough time to get to know your clients and not feel rushed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a role in the care industry!!

Great company to work for!!! The clients are amazing and the company always makes you feel a valued employee, many perks and benefits. I was provided with all the help and training needed to succeed. Lovely team , all work really hard to achieve the company owners vision of quality care. Clients are kind and appreciative. Management are supportive and responsive to employees. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.
