This is without doubt the best care I have ever received from a GP service. I was registered here for a few years, and consistently received gold-standard care from each clinician I encountered. The doctors really listen to your symptoms, and take the time to investigate fully. The nurses are kind and friendly. The receptionists are pleasant and efficient. Each member of staff is kind and wants to help. I finally got real investigations into long-term health issues, and finally have got the treatment and specialist care I needed. The doctors really listened to me, and went out of their way to check every possible aspect of my care that may have previously been over looked. They were really thorough with tests and referrals. I feel like my health has been really cared for, and I have not had to battle along the way to be taken seriously. There is never a delay in getting an appointment or a wait to be phoned back by the doctors. I have been treated with the utmost respect and kindness here. I am so sad I've moved out of the area and now will need to leave this surgery. Thank you all for such incredible care. Thanks to Dr. Linpower for being so kind and reassuring after my recent injury, this has really helped me at a difficult time.

This was my first time using the NHS and visiting Richmond Road Medical Center, and I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. From start to finish, everything was super fast and efficient with no delays whatsoever. The staff were friendly and professional, making the process smooth and stress-free. I was particularly impressed with Dr. Chaudhary. She was incredibly nice and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Her guidance through the next steps was clear and reassuring, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Having recently joined the RRMC, i am really impressed by the care & attention I have received & feel reassured about my decision to change GP. The staff were courteous, friendly & efficient making the process a smooth experience. Yesterday I had my first telephone consultation with Dr Chaudary, who after listening to me relay some of my recent medical history & current issues was incredibly understanding, polite & professional in taking time to explain to me the course of action she felt we needed to take. Dr Chaudary was particularly reassuring, which I much appreciate & my whole experience couldn’t have been better.

I have been attending this practice for many years and am always pleased with the service from all the positive staff like Nurse Begum, the physios, and GPs. Dr. Chaudhary really cares about her patients and will do what she can to make sure you're okay, feel at ease, and get all the appointments you need. I appreciate her service here as she is patient and an apt listener especially after a long day's work.

My experience at Richmond Medical Centre is amazing, especially with this new lady, Dr Chaudhary. Seeing her for the first time, she's calm and listening to all my complaints, and one by one, she asked me to do all the tests I needed to do to really get all my problems. After the test results, she referred me to all the areas I needed for further examination, also our telephone conversation today she's nice . This's really good and nice of her, I can see that she really loves her job. If all our doctors can be doing this will help many people to know the problem on time before is too late. Dr Chaudry is the best NHS doctor I’ve come across. She acts quickly, efficiently, and will listen to ALL of your concerns. She gives great advice, and onward referrals. I am very grateful for her time, patience and kindness. Overall, I’ve been coming to Richmond Road medical for many years, and all the staff here are great!
