this care home i would not recomend unknown bruising on a family member in and out of hospital due to unknown reasons and when you ring for help and ask what is going on you get a diffrent story for a diffrent person and as soon as the money runs out the so called care is out the window they sudnt be classed as a care home as to being known how to look after people with dementia is pathetic.

Neglect my uncle had a stroke a fortnight ago and got put into this dump. His recovery has gone backwards since he got put into here he fell out of bed quite a few times. We never got told that is neglect very bad care home do not put your family in here if you want them to be neglected.

Richden Park is the most wonderful place , my mum has had the best care , the staff from the cleaners to the manager have been absolutely wonderful.I cannot say how thankful I am to them for the love and care they have shown my mum .
