A wonderful calm space to enjoy some exercise and take some time out for 'me'. All the instructors I've had have been warm and welcoming, and are always kind and helpful if your struggling or need a hand.
The app is easy to book onto, plenty of parking and a great addition to the area. Would recommend to anyone who wants to give it a try.

I started my classes at RFRM earlier in January. From the moment you walk in, the space is so welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. Lucie is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always makes sure we get the most out of every session. I look forward to every session.

I absolutely love going to RFRM!
I had never done a reformer pilates class in my life and was very nervous before my first class, however, Katrina made me feel at ease the moment I walked through the door.
It is a beautiful welcoming space and the classes are AMAZING! I've never felt so uplifted and inspired after a work out. With Katrinas knowledge and understanding I was able to do all the exercises and also knew why i was doing it and what part of my body this was working!
I go as part of my weekly schedule now, and wouldn't change it!
Thank you for letting enjoy working out and doing something good for my body!
I cant wait for my next class tomorrow! XX
