My friend and I used your sauna at Weymouth Seafront on Saturday morning, it was the perfect compliment for winter Sea Dippin. I will definitely be using it again.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Sauna spotlessly clean & tidy and so well looked after: everything explained. Easily best wild sauna experience I've had yet. Loved the sauna hats and watering cans (much colder than the sea) and having tow floats as a free loan was a lovely touch. Great screened outdoor changing area too. In case anyone is concerned with sharing with strangers - don't be. I've never met nicer people than in wild saunas/outdoor swimming locations.

This was a truly amazing way to spend a morning, such a healthy workout for the inner body!!! Hot sauna cold sea, perfect.

My second visit, this time for a private hire with friends.

The temperature was perfect - 10º hotter than my local gym's sauna.

We managed 2 cold water dips in the sea, it is a bit of a walk, but 100% worth it for the full hot/cold therapy ?

And the view.... WOW!

Not sure if it's a winter season thing, but the carpark was closed.

Highly recommend and can't wait to come back again over the winter.

You don't need to collar a mate to go with you: I went alone and had a wonderful time with the like-minded friendly folk I met and we encouraged each other to get in the sea in January which is no mean feat. Sometimes it's good to push ourselves beyond our comfort zone: it reminds us we're still very much alive.
The sauna was clean and beautiful and nothing was lacking
The whole experience was beyond my expectations and I would definitely do it again, and again and again

What a fantastic way to start the day and embrace the stormy weather! We had a wonderful, warm welcome from Bel who took great care of us as we enjoyed the warmth of the sauna after a bracing dip in the sea and the icy blast of a northerly wind. Fantastic location with views over Weymouth Bay towards Portland.
