The ladies in Revive are so friendly. The lady at reception made me a cup of tea and it was lovely as I was early for my appointment. I thoroughly enjoyed the cryotherapy as this is a new experience for me, I came out feeling brand new! The massage bed was incredible, it felt like a someone was giving me the massage! I said I had specific tightness and knots in my shoulders and upper back and the lady programmed the bed for that specific need and it was an amazing 30 minutes. I can't thank them enough! Excellent experience.

o wow 🤩 I have just got home after a fantastic morning at revive . My partner brought me a gift voucher for my birthday to go and relax 2 months later after I built the courage up to going as my anxiety is so bad ! All I can say is do it I went alone and the lady’s there was really nice and welcoming . The lady’s was very kind and understanding of my anxiety and showed me each equipment i went to and how to use it the atmosphere was so calm relaxing and smelt so nice to 😊 very clean and all round just so nice to relax for a couple of hours I used the red light / float / massarge jet ❤️

Great experience. The combo of the flotation tank and hydromassage one after the other was super relaxing. Beautiful chill out room too for between treatments. Will definitely be back to try the other treatments on offer. Really friendly and helpful staff too.

I feel refreshed, relaxed and indeed, revived! I purchased the bundle of six services, you get to pick one between two options and you get five sessions, which is a really good offer. I really enjoyed all: the hyperbaric chamber was really good, the sensory deprivation tank was a great experience (I feared this one but it was pretty good actually, no fear or claustrophobia), the infrared sauna was also good, the red light bed was great, and the hydromassage was amazing. All in all, a great combo of treatments to rejuvenate. I felt light as I walked out. I will be coming back.
