What can I say about Revive Health and Wellness.
Once in a while you come across a special place or amazing people, Revive has both.

Some of the kindest and caring people coupled with the knowledge and passion you could spend years looking to find.

If you need recovery or just wellness in life this is the place, With Cryotherapy, red light treatment and many other treatments on offer.

Wow, what an incredible experience! Enjoyed a go in the Chair Doctor and were very surprised at how good (and firm) the massage was - could have stayed in it all day! - then a blast (and dance) in the funky double cryo chamber.

Feeling all kinds of relaxed, energised, and rejuvenated. We will definitely back for another go, and to try the other treatments on offer.

I can't recommend Revive Health and Wellness enough! They offer state-of-the-art technology, including cryo chamber, hyperbaric chamber, and red light therapy, all aimed at improving physical and mental health.

This year, I was diagnosed with hypermobility of the spine and arthritis in my pelvis, leading to constant muscle pain, stiffness, migraines, and exhaustion. After just my first session at Revive, I woke up the next morning completely pain-free and without a headache! The benefits of their therapies for conditions like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia are well-supported by research, and I can personally attest to their effectiveness.

The staff are incredibly passionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming— it truly feels like a little family. They took the time to share insights about nutrition and supplements that could help with my diagnoses, which I greatly appreciated.

If you're looking for effective treatments and a supportive environment, I highly recommend Revive. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Popped in today and left so happy and satisfied. Thanks to Paul’s welcoming, friendly manner and wholesome vibe, completely turned my day around; along with an amazing and fun Cryotherapy session (first but not last).

A huge thank you to the team, super friendly and informative - I dropped in and used the Sauna & Cryotherapy.🙌🏼

I’ve recently had a bit of pain in my back, been receiving weekly sports massage and chiropractic treatment, but continued pain in my back (possible inflammation) and MRI due next week.

After the cryotherapy, I noticed there was minimal pain and I was moving far more freely!🤩
