Revitalize Health and Fitness Clinic

After months of pain Revitalize was recommended to me. The initial assessment discovered my pain was muscular and was treatable. Katie my Osteopath was fantastic, did a further assessment which pinpointed area to be worked on. Exercises and manipulation given and two weeks later I was able to return pain free. I now have a tool box of exercises if the pain ever returns. Thank you all at Revitalize it’s a 5* from me.

Sometimes you just need to stop and seek expert advice. This was me a year ago thinking I knew better and struggling to shake off an injury. Finally pride took a back street and I booked an appointment with Katie. From the first assessment and all through the treatment the support and professionalism has been fantastic. Every session felt like a joint effort and as they say the proof is in the pudding. So thank you Katie for putting a smile back on my face and getting me back running injury free.

I saw Katie about a on-going shoulder injury which I’ve had for a long time. Katie is highly knowledgable with Olympic Lifting so she understood my injury and was able to give me constructive advice on how to continue training safely. Katie gave me a re-hab programme which I’ve been doing 2/3 times a week and honestly my shoulder has never felt better! I wish I had gone sooner. Katie also finished my appointment with a sports massage which was amazing!

Wow what can I say, been seeing Elliott on and off for a few years for various running injuries. Finished my latest course of treatment and Elliott has worked miracles once again. Elliott is a true gent, makes you feel so comfortable and is always spot on with his analysis and treatment. Elliott is always there if I need any help or information outside of my treatment time ( always has time for you ). Have some great conversations too. I would never hesitate in recommending Elliott to anyone . 5 ? treatment every time. Elliott and his team are spot on.

Went to see Katie as my daughter who is 7weeks old had issues because of tongue tie and tightness in her neck muscles. She helped my daughter with just three sessions. Katie was very professional and friendly. Having recently moved to the area, she was very nice to give me recommendations of places to eat and visit. I would definitely recommend Katie to anyone needed osteopathy treatment:)

Went to Revitalize because I was experiencing lower back pain. I was given a list of exercises by Katie Avery and received back treatment every 2 weeks for approximately 5/6 sessions. My back is so much better now and would definitely recommend Revitalize and especially Katie.

Elliot and his team are fantastic. After back surgery I found it difficult to rehabilitate or exercise. Since visiting Revitalize I have regained range of movement, strength, balance. What was great was working on my program together to tailor it to my needs with the aim of meeting my goals. Thanks Elliot and the rest of the team for your guidance and support.
