This is a great beauty Retreat. The place is Warm and Cozy and extremely Clean. The owner is lovely, she explained the facial treatment I was having throughly and She helped me make an informed decision on how to proceed with further facial treatments.
Excellent customer service and reassuring to know this is close to my home.

I have been coming here now for approx 9 months. I have to say I am very impressed with the salon, they are very friendly, it is super clean and they show great knowledge when I’m asking so many questions. I firstly came to the salon for facials (I have super sensitive skin and was very nervous, a lot of products bring me out is a red itchy rash) the therapist listened to my concerns, put me at ease and was very careful in selecting the products used. So happy to say my skin didn’t react 🥳. I have also had laser hair removal on my bikini line…. I have had 7 sessions so far and had a massive reduction, a few more sessions and hopefully I will be there. A little gem in Staines. Thank you The Retreat

I have been here to inject my lips three times. The doctors here are very professional and patient, and take great care of the patients' feelings. The original large needle will be replaced with a small needle, so the pain is very light. Before I injected my lips, I thought the lips would be very painful, but the doctor here changed my mind. As a result, I feel confident and the injection process is very comfortable. It is highly recommended！

Excellent salon, clean and professional and offer a wide variety of treatments. I had my lashes done before my holiday and they have lasted perfectly. They looked natural and not overdone as I have previously experienced with Russian volume lashes. Fantastic service and value for money. This is now my regular salon for all beauty treatments including facials, laser and lash extensions.
