This is a five star review for Malik, my accupuncture treatment has helped me immensely. I have suffered anxiety most of my life and I was having sleep disturbances leaving me with dreadful headaches on waking. My headaches and sleep disturbances have gone completely. My anxiety has been reduced and I am not spending time worrying about things I have no control over. Malik is also very knowledgeable in lots of other areas and will pass on his knowledge and help where he can. Thank you.

I have been attending Acheive Health to deal with menopausal symptoms as I am unable to have HRT following health issues. I hadn’t really heard a lot about acupuncture but my macmillan nurse suggested it may help. Malik is caring and genuine and he listened. He is very understanding of my situation as a carer too, easy to talk too and nothing is ever too much trouble. Even in the first session I noticed a difference and went twice a week for a couple of months and then reduced and now go once a fortnight. I have noticed a remarkable reduction in my hot flashes intensity and frequency. Thank you for helping me get a little of the ‘old’ me back!!

Malik is fantastic; a real genuine person with a passion for helping others, which comes across the moment you meet him. His knowledge about all things health and well-being is outstanding. I went to Malik because I wanted to see about acupuncture being an alternative treatment for my anxiety rather than increasing my medication. I am now 9-10 weeks into my treatment plan and whatever acupuncture technique Malik is using is amazing. I’ve had a couple of situations since starting acupuncture where my anxiety would have got the better of me, but it didn’t.
