I received my physio sessions via Zoom back in the summer. Jason was brilliant, creating a professional yet relaxed atmosphere. Being on Zoom was not a problem at all. In fact it was great not to have to travel. Jason was able to analyse my movements and demonstrated and sent info on how to do my exercises at home.
I can thoroughly recommend both Jason & Gavin.

I cannot recommend Jason Seaton and Resolve Physiotherapy enough. I injured my back last October and experienced significant pain for over 6 months, assuming the damage was permanent. After 3 sessions with Jason, my back is 75% of what it is was pre injury and continues to improve. Jason diagnosed my injury and provided me with all the treatment and information required to recover. Don't suffer in pain, contact Resolve Physiotherapy.
