After over a year of suffering daily lower back pain and sciatica due to an acute prolapsed disc, I booked a session with Adam after a colleague recommended sports therapy/ massage. I had been told by other health professionals that any pain/mobility issues remaining after a year would be how things would remain going forward. However, after my first session with Adam, I had my first pain free day in over a year and improved mobility. Adam is very knowledgeable and also provides exercises to further promote recovery. I would highly recommend Adam. Wish I'd found him sooner!

I saw Adam for pains I was experiencing in my neck and jaw, he listened to me and tailored the session to that. He asked questions and explained what he was doing and why throughout. He was knowledgeable and thoughtful. Would highly recommend to anyone. The place is also easy to find, easily accessible and has on road parking right outside.

Contacted Adam last minute as I had pain in my lower back while on holiday. He was very accommodating and educated me about my injury and how I can avoid having a repeat of the issue. I spoke to him at 8am and was treated and feeling much better by 11am. Can’t thank him enough for fitting me in.

As someone who has 20+ years in the field of complementary health, I have become very choosy about where I put myself, because qualifications, whilst valid, don’t necessary make a good therapist or practitioner. I had a ‘feeling’ that Adam was going to be a special kind of person and as soon as I met him I knew I was in safe hands. His passion for health and vitality are obvious from the way he lives and speaks. He walks his talk. His skills are impressive and my first session alleviated some very deep pain that I’ve been handling for many years. He really knows his stuff. I’ve been getting a sports massage regularly with Adam since the new year, in the lead up to running the London Marathon. I went initially with a lower back issue which significantly improved after my first visit. I haven’t had any problems since and any other issues I’ve had whilst training, I’ve flagged and he’s sorted it before it’s become an issue. It’s been a huge help to getting me to the start line injury free. Adam is friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

As an elite rower aiming to compete for GB u23s, not being able to row due to back issues is a major problem. After struggling to find a solution to my back pain through osteopaths and taking rest from rowing, Adam has shown me the true cause of the pain, giving me exercises and stretches to empower me to make the change myself for the long term. Just 2 weeks from our first appointment, I’m already back rowing and hoping that the knowledge he has given me will allow me to be an even better athlete.
I’m have also thoroughly enjoyed chatting to Adam during our sessions about all sorts of different aspects of being an athlete and how to extract the most out of my body. He is very friendly and easy to talk to.
