Calm and tranquil experience at Remedy Bury. We really enjoyed visiting Remedy Bury. We were greeted upon arrival, were given a tour of the space and taught how to use the features of the room including custom features such as spotify, choice of essential oils for the sauna and a kitchen area with health drinks, water, and a variety of teas and coffee. The space was so relaxing from the lighting to the Oud aroma. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the spa features from the cold plunge to the microsilk hot tub! Everything was perfect - the changing rooms were modern and stylish, with lovely showering products and the little hats for the cold plunge - and parking was a breeze too. You can book for 2 or 4 people privately which is ideal! Had so many messages asking about this place after we visited it’s definitely worth checking out for relaxation or rehabilitation 🧘🏼‍♀️

Remedy is like having a private spa all to yourself! If you're looking for Hot and Cold Therapy, Infrared sauna, steam rooms, jacuzzi and to have the whole place to yourself for a couple of hours this is the place! Highly recommend if you're in Manchester / Cheshire it's just in Bury. Thanks for a lovely relaxing time!

I have visited Remedy in Bury a couple of times now and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The space is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed to help you truly switch off and reset. It’s played such a big role in supporting my recovery, both physically and mentally and I always leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and more balanced. What the guys have has created is something really special, and it’s clear how much passion and care they have poured into it. If you’re looking for a space to focus on your wellbeing / somewhere to recover after intense sessions, or even just somewhere to reset and re focus this is 100% the place to go!! Been to many saunas steam rooms but had a different experience at remedy with the ice baths jacuzzi and the private lounge really top standard equipment left feeling fully charged ⚡️ 5 stars

The most stunning place. Kath was so attentive and showed us how everything worked before she left. The facilities were outstanding, my body feels so much better already after going in all the saunas, plunge pool and hot-tub.. I can’t wait to go back!
