I’ve been to see Ryan several times and have always been so impressed. Ryan makes me feel completely comfortable, offers a complete wealth of knowledge, and above all he has helped incredibly with what have felt like quite serious injuries. As a professional sports person it is important that my body is able to perform, and Ryan has always succeeded in allowing me to move to my full potential. I can’t recommend him enough.

I had several Combined Therapy appointments with Ryan Glenister. He was great! As a busy person running my own Therapy business, I felt Ryan really listened to what I needed and every appointment was individually tailored to me. I especially liked the care and time Ryan took afterwards, showing me stretches that I could continue to do at home - these really helped and I could see progress as the weeks went on.

Cannot recommend enough. I was treated by Matt who did a thorough assessment of my needs. I was experiencing discomfort in my shoulder, lower back and knee.

Matt fully explained the techniques he was going to use and worked each of the areas in turn.

It made a massive difference to my training for my first marathon (I hadn’t realised that I couldn’t fully turn my head to the left until he fixed it).
