I chose Reliance Ambulance to help with the last leg of a medical repatriation for my wife from Turkey, after emergency back surgery.
Paul was very helpful and was able to quickly confirm that they take us from Heathrow to home in Swindon.
Calvin and Thomas did a great job meeting us at 11pm at Heathrow.
They were waiting as planned, smart in uniform, very pleasant and professional.
They explained everything & got us back home in just over an hour.
They took the time and care to bring Irene into the our living room in a wheelchair.
They checked everything was OK & wished us well.
In short they were a credit to the company.
I would 100% recommend Reliance Ambulance Service.

I highly recommend their private ambulance services, having tried a few companies from across the country. Paul was extremely patient and reassuring in the lead up. They were very flexible and despite numerous uncertainties, were willing to accommodate an immobile, bariatric patient where other companies refused. Their experience shone through and a 200 mile trip from Heathrow to her new home went without a hitch. The crew, Ian and Stephen, went above and beyond to make her journey as comfortable as possible, she informed me with glee that they gave her hot chocolate and biscuits. We needed to move an elderly relative between care homes in a hurry after a sudden change in circumstances, and needed an ambulance at very short notice. Having phoned umpteen others with no luck I tried Reliance Ambulances, and spoke to Paul at 9:15 in the morning. In ten minutes he re-arranged their schedules, and an ambulance was with us at 11:00 – an amazing feat. The crew, James and Mandy, were efficient and effective, and very kind with our relative.
