Unfortunately, this company doesnt realise its legal responsibility in the UK. I purchased L-Carnitine ampules and on delivery 4 of them where smashed. I had CCTV and Ring Doorbell footage of the parcel delivered (dent free) and I contacted them to let them know of the damage. I was given a very cold email stating that as I had not taken out the delivery insurance I would need to await the outcome of their investigations before any further actions could be taken.

As a previous ecommerce business owner, I reminded them of their legal obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as well as Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and then they came back offering my refund on the damaged vials as well as on the postage which I didn't expect.

Had they offered to refund or replace the four damaged vials, I would have been leaving a positive review and continue to use them going forward. Now they are receiving negative reviews and I won't buy from the company again.

When I saw the offer of "Postage Insurance" it was a concern but I ordered anyway. Looking at the reviews around the net I now see they have an ongoing problem in selling insurance or I should say a problem for those who don't buy it.

Know your rights, you do not need to buy insurance from any company online!
1. Seller’s Responsibility – The retailer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer, not the courier or the buyer.
2. Risk Does Not Transfer to Buyer Until Delivery – If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the retailer must provide a replacement or refund, even if the customer did not purchase additional postage insurance.

I absolutely love the fact that you reply and still try to justify insurance!! IT is a joke, you do not have the right to charge a customer to ensure they receive the goods they have ordered. It is 100% your responsibility to ensure the goods arrive fit for purpose (or indeed actually arrive) It is not the customers job to insure your parcels. Get to know your legal obligations please. I am going to pass this on to trading standards as a little look through other reviews makes it clear there are many many people being stung because they didnt take the insurance that you are responsible for and is generally included in the shipping cost with your shipping company. Also I would like to add, my box of vials was inside a box that was too large with one tiny piece of "token gesture" bubble wrap!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS - CONSUMERS DO NOT NEED TO INSURE YOUR PARCELS - YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PARCEL!

Update, I contact Reliable Medicare to ask about the mg/ml of the product I purchased off them and they told me they didn't know. I said it would seem that you should know the ingredients and chemical make up of all your products and I was told they have 2600 products and they don't know the contents. They told me to go ask the manufacturer (Mesoestetic)! I did contact the manufacturer who told me the ingredients and also told me that Reliable Medicare is not licenses to sell their products and shouldn't have them for sale!

I ordered cream supplies from Reliable Medicare Limited, but the parcel was rejected by Turkish customs. The parcel was returned to the UK—where it got lost in transit still could not be found.

Despite of my 13+ emails over 7 months, the company has:
❌ Failed to locate the returned parcel.
❌ Refused to refund the payment of order which I never used and received.

This is unacceptable for a business claiming to be "reliable." I’ve lost both time and money due to their poor logistics and AUTOMATIC customer service. Please avoid unless you want unnecessary stress.

Unfortunately, until we receive a response from the courier, we are unable to take any relevant next steps, such as processing any form of refund for the cost of the order.

The parcel is currently lost and reimbursement of my order is continuously being rejected until parcel is found which can take days, weeks, months as it has been 6 months.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!
I bought Cosmelan 2 which was on discounted price of £120.40. When the product arrived I opened it a sign wanted to use it. I was shocked, it was not genuine product. I have been using Cosmelan 2 since 2023 and I always buy from Face the Future but thought i would try Reliable Medicare as the product was discounted. I opened the jar and took a little to apply to my face, the cream was like a tinted, orange sunscreen. I knew it was not genuine and the texture was not correct either. I was very disappointed. I wrote to Reliable Medicare wanting a full refund, they responded and wanted me to send picture of the content and also wanted picture of the expiry date. So I did what they asked. They responded by saying they cannot refund me as I had opened the jar and used the product. Well...how else would I have know ln if it was genuine or not if I had not opened it and used it a little!! And they asked me to send pictures of the product in the jar so how would I have done that if I don't open the jar?! I asked for their complaints procedure but I have not had a response to that. They did say they will not refund me.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!
I had the absolute worst experience with Reliable Medicare. Their customer service is non-existent, their shipping is ridiculously slow, and they clearly don’t care about their customers once they’ve taken your money. I placed an order expecting it to arrive within the stated timeframe, but it was delayed for weeks with zero communication. When I tried to contact them, I was met with automated responses and unhelpful representatives who had no clue what was going on.
To make matters worse, when my order finally arrived, it was poorly packaged, and some of the items were damaged. When I reached out for a resolution, they either ignored my emails or gave me the runaround, refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their so-called “customer support” is an absolute joke.
Reliable Medicare is anything but reliable. Their products are overpriced, their service is abysmal, and they clearly have no respect for their customers. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere unless you enjoy frustration, wasted time, and terrible service.

SCAMMERS! DO NOT TRUST RELIABLE MEDICARE!

This company is a complete fraud. They take your money, send you either the wrong item, a damaged product, or nothing at all, and then completely ignore you when you try to contact them. It’s a textbook scam operation disguised as a legitimate business.

I ordered from them, expecting a smooth transaction. Instead, I got weeks of silence, fake excuses, and blatant lies. After finally receiving my package, I opened it to find cheap, low-quality garbage that was absolutely NOT what I paid for. When I reached out for a resolution, their response? Silence. They straight-up ignored my emails and calls.

This company is run by crooks who prey on unsuspecting customers. The fact that they are allowed to operate is beyond me. Their "customer service" is just a black hole where complaints go to die. Once they have your money, you’re dead to them.

Do not fall for their scam. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money—go elsewhere. Reliable Medicare is a disgrace and should be shut down.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent order (Tracking No. RK095962267G).

2x INNO-EXOMA EXO Skin (10ml + 2ml)

I was at home the entire day yesterday. No one rang the doorbell, no delivery attempt was made, and I received no notification or delivery note — contrary to what your tracking system states.

This is unacceptable. I expect a clear explanation and immediate information on the current location of my package and when I can expect delivery.

Please resolve this issue without further delay.
