Hannah is brilliant! I have been going to her for the last couple of months and she has been amazing. Perfect customer service, lashes are amazing and always makes me feel comfortable. Will recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Absolutely fabulous facial today. Had the Oxy-Pro Million Dollar Facial with Hannah. My skin feels and looks amazing. Bought back that youthful glow. Hannah was ever so lovely too. Can't wait to go back for more.

I had the Million Dollar facial with Hannah today, and I have to say the results are excellent! The procedure took around an hour, with Hannah talking me through each stage. I found it very soothing and felt relaxed thoughout. My skin looks so much brighter, smoother and radiant. My husband even noticed! Fantastic service, thank you Hannah!

I absolutely love Hannah, she is the best lash technician I have ever met and I get barely any lash loss between appointments. Plus her waxing is the fastest in the west!

I usually have my lashes done with Hannah but I used Diesel today and OMG she was amazing, my lashes are perfect. I never thought I’d be able to swap therapist but everyone at the Vanity Rooms is so well trained and so good!

I saw such great reviews for this place so I thought I would give it a go. I was so disappointed though! The people were really nice but I asked for round nails but they looked like cat claws, the nails were all uneven and lumpy and the residue you get from filing nails wasn’t taken off. Once I got home I had to make them look a lot better.

Booked an appointment to have my nails done online 2 weeks in advance and had multiple emails confirming my appointment. On the day of my appointment I had a phone call to say my appointment had been double booked and could I come the following morning. I don't live locally and work full time, hence why I booked the appointment in advance so this was very disappointing. If you can't reconcile two systems alongside each other for a small business, my suggestion would be not to use the online system and just have a phone number on your website to call.

WHAT A GEM IN BINGHAM!! I can’t believe i haven’t heard of this place before! Fantastic service, people and price! I’m honestly so so impressed by this place. My boyfriend and I both went for a facial and we thought it was fabulous. Not only this, but they have a BAR! Beautiful cocktails! You would be insane living in Bingham and not going here! Will be back again & again... thank you so much xxxxx
