Mickila was brilliant, took time to listen to my issues and treated 2 areas with massage, tens treatment and strapping. She then sent me an exercise plan to do for 4-6 weeks but reassured me that I could contact her at any time if I had any concerns. Excellent treatment and service

After months of seeing NHS physio and waiting too long in between appointments, I had developed severe back pain, which the cause was not known and ongoing sciatica in the leg which contuined to become worse. So I had lost faith that I was going to improve, and my day to day life was a real struggle to manage due to the pain.
Sanctuary Gym recommended me to see Mickila. Within a day of contacting her, i had an appointment within the next couple of days and was able to choose a date and time convenient for me.
Mickila was able to assess and diagnose my back, which turned out to be a herniated disc, confirmed I had sciatica and then started treatment and planned a programme for me to follow.
Since following Mickila's plan my sciatica has nearly gone, my back pain is much more manageable and we're planning to reintroduce me to exercise, which I never thought I would be able to do in such a short period of time.
My health and exercise means the world to me and I couldn't thank Mickila enough for the improvements I've seen since changing over to her.

I had a session with Mikaela yesterday and she was really great. Identifying the various issues, explaining them really well (in layman’s terms) and gave me a great exercise programme to remedy the issue.

I have a really stiff neck and shoulder. Mikala worked wonders for me. Starting with acupuncture then a deep tissue massage. It has helped and will definitely going back in the new year.

Mickila is fantastic. I was not wholly enthusiastic about going to ReHub and was somewhat pestered by my wife to go to 'get my back sorted' - I think this was primarily so I could do more DIY tasks. My experience has been brilliant though, and not only am I feeling better in my back (and had a DIY list prepared for me) but my own mentality towards my physical health is improving. I am *almost* looking forward to my next visit. Thank you - a lot.

Great experience today with Mickila, thank you! My back felt better straight away after the appointment and acupuncture. Mickila was very thorough to get to the bottom of my issues. I felt very at ease too, which, for me is very unusual and why I’ve been reluctant to go and see someone. Already got my next appointment booked, and booked my husband in for his back to be looked at too, so I’d definitely recommend 🤩
