I came to jay Adam's at Rehabify with a bad shoulder that had been causing me pain and limiting my movement for quite some time. From the very first session, I felt I was in good hands. He took the time to understand the root of the problem, explained everything clearly, and developed a treatment plan that was tailored to my specific needs. The sessions were focused, effective, and gradually helped me regain both strength and mobility in my shoulder. I appreciated the hands-on approach, combined with the exercises and advice I could take home to continue my progress. What really stood out was his professionalism, patience, and genuine care for my recovery. Thanks to jay my shoulder feels so much better, and I’m finally able to return to my normal activities without pain. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with injuries or chronic pain. Truly a top-notch physiotherapist! ⸻

Jay has helped and fixed me for many years now. His knowledge, care and understanding during a consultation or session is phenomenal. From recovery massages to rehabilitation from injuries, he knows it all. I feel confident every time I see Jay knowing he will understand my needs and help me find a suitable way for me to go forward from an injury, a niggle or just recovery with most importantly helping me keep doing what I love doing. He always helps to keep me injury free for each marathon training block, he really needs the finishers medal 🥇

I’ve been seeing Jay for the past three years, and I can confidently say that his expertise and dedication are second to none. Whether it’s been for fitness or rehabilitation, Jay has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I stay on track and get the best results possible. He has an exceptional ability to push you to achieve your potential while providing the support and guidance needed throughout the journey. Nothing is ever too much trouble for him — his commitment and passion truly set him apart. I wouldn’t trust anyone else when it comes to my fitness and rehabilitation needs.

I’ve been on Jays program for 8 months now, and I’m the fittest and strongest I’ve ever been. When I first approached Jay I struggled with shin splints and in six months on his program I was able to run my first ever marathon with no pain. Cannot recommend his services enough!

After years of upper back pain and trying Thai treatments with no real positive outcome, I decided last week to book in with Jay as he came highly recommended from a family member. I’m so glad I did, he made the whole experience as comfortable as possible, nothing felt awkward at all and I can honestly say that even after just one session, my back is feeling far far better than it has in years. So much so I book straight back in for a monthly slot. A very friendly, professional and knowledgeable guy that I will be recommended to everyone.

Awesome program! The plan Im on has given me a healthier perspective on what I can eat to maintain/lose weight. The workout plan is very helpful and easy to keep track of your progression. Jay has been a massive help to my progress - always giving very supportive feedback and providing any guidance when needed. Highly recommended! 😊

I went to see John due to struggling with my muscles and joints while pregnant. He was really attentive and gave some great advice. I would recommend him to anyone he‘s very knowledgeable and gives a welcoming atmosphere into his clinic.
