Great customer service. The staff are very polite and allowed me to make a last minute travel vaccination booking even though they were closing in 2minutes. I highly recommend using there services.

We came into the clinic and saw Nichola who was incredibly helpful, a wealth of knowledge and made sure we were fully informed ready for our trip! We’d highly recommend and if we need vaccinations in the future, we’d only come here! Thank you!

Booked in for travel vaccinations - super easy and quick to book appointment, open on Saturdays as well! Lovely facilities, clean and well kept. Staff were wonderful, super friendly and knowledgeable about the destinations I was travelling to and gave some great advice Recommend!

It was really easy to book an appointment for travel vaccinations. The nurse, Nicola, was very helpful, kind and informative. It was a breeze to get this done at reasonable prices and I recommend this service.

Our appointment was at 12:55 PM on a Sunday, and we arrived early at 12:40 PM. By 1:35 PM—nearly an hour later—we had still not been seen. I raised this with the receptionist, who was cold and dismissive from the outset. When I expressed that a 40-minute (and counting) wait was excessive, I was told that despite being a private clinic, their terms and conditions advise patients to expect delays. But 40 minutes? At a private clinic where punctuality and patient care should be a priority? That’s unacceptable. We ultimately left without being seen and with no apology, explanation, or follow-up from staff. A disappointing experience.

I have been going to Regent Street Clinic for 1 year now for Kenalog. The staff have always gone above and beyond for me as well as aftercare support when I needed them. The practitioner remembered my previous records from when I rang them without needing me to remind them making me feel valued and cared for! Thanks again for the best service!❤️

Nicola went through a thorough consultation with me before going ahead with the hayfever injection, made sure i was comfortable with everything which was very reassuring. Only thing i would say is the advertising with the pricing, i had thought it was £75 as i was told but had to pay more, however still not a big deal to be honest as i know this will help me in the long run!

Guys it’s a waste of money and time 1 week ago I been there for an hay fever injection . They told me 1 hay fever injection is £75 and 2 injections for £150. They said I can take 2 injections because this year is not a good weather for hay fever patient so you need 2 injections so I agreed to it and took 2 injections after 1 week I had the same problem with hay fever. When I called them they said to pay another £75 pounds for another one more injection so I didn’t go because my here I thought my time and money will go to a waste. I had a really bad experience..
