Both my husband & myself ill all over xmas. Rang surgery at 8am today(27/12/2024).
Went to queue for bout 5mins then emergency appointments made for us at midday today.
Excellent polite reception service & same at visit.
Both examined(& not rushed) & prescribed medication which we collected on way home.
Not ill very often but always get excellent compassionate service frm all at this surgery. We are very lucky to have you...thankyou

I moved to Brighton having had the same doctor for most of my life. I joined an awful surgery and swiftly moved to Regency surgery. Although I miss my doctor knowing me and my children, I have found the senior male doctors excellent. The reception staff are always really helpful and the nurses bubbly and professional.

You can get an appointment for an emergency which is not always the case elsewhere.

I have been a member of this surgery for many years. Compared to other stories I hear of people who belong to other surgeries talking about the difficulty of getting appointments I feel very lucky. Receptionists are calm and courteous, as are the nurses and the doctors. The last number of times I have needed to see a doctor I have been able to get a short 5 min appt on the day which has enabled me to get the medication I needed straight away. Thank you.

Best doctors surgery I’ve ever been to. Receptionists are professional and friendly and so easy to talk to and get your appointments and wot not organised. All doctors I’ve seen are patient, not rushed, and informed. Dr Laura Elliott is my go-to, she’s really supportive and thorough.

My only small area for improvement for the surgery is I’ve had a couple of test results but fed back to me until I followed up. But no harm done.

I have been a patient at this surgery for nearly 30 years and I am the most fortunate of patients with varied serious conditions.

The service I have been given by my Doctor, the specialist diabetic nurse, phlebotomist and the delightful reception staff is over an above what anyone can expect! Nothing too much trouble no long waits for appointments, triage calls etc! Repeat prescriptions always on time.

I have had many GP surgeries in the past which have fallen below what one expects, here I have been treated like royalty and can highly recommend it!

I am not sure how some of these reviewers come to there conclusions,
But from someone who has had experience of a lot of different Doctors Surgery's. four of them in Brighton, this is the best practice I have experienced. The Doctors & nurses are incredible. down to earth, easy to talk to. Nothing is to much trouble. The biggest problem in most surgery's are the reception staff, but not at the Regency. When you phone you are answered straight away & have never had to wait that long for an appointment. Reception staff here are charming & well mannered.. My last surgery you would be placed in a queue of up to 40 people then you would be informed after half an hour that you were too late to get an appointment

I’ve always had a good experience with this practice. I’ve always been able to get an appointment when needed, and all the staff are really helpful and pleasant. Had an excellent experience today (as ever) for my son’s first vaccinations and check up!

Hidden gem in Brighton. Maybe the best GP experience I ever had, maybe undersubscribed compared to other places around but if you can go there do. Repeat prescription no bother done and dusted. Appointments today if it's urgent and you call 8am ish. Other appointments within a short time, no need to check the damn calendar.
Nothing ever seems a bother to the lovely ladies of reception. Seriously, I'm not a relative! I only reluctantly leave because I moved to the back of Hove 😡
