I’ve experienced quite a few physios and sports therapists through either preventative or remedial work. All I can say is Regen and especially Kat has been a breath of fresh air. Kat has been extremely professional, punctual and most of all attentive to understanding and helping me resolve my Achilles issue. Working with me and understanding the problem, and diagnosing treatments specifically to treat the problem. All the staff I've met at Regen have been incredibly helpful. I've had treatments consistently for a few years from sports massages to physio to keep me ticking over and fix or manage injuries I've had. You can tell the staff care about what they do and this shows in their approach to getting you better. Kat has been a tremendous help along side Jay, Liz and Caleb.

The sports massage was brilliant and I would highly recommend. On top of this I received some really good information in regards to an injury I have which I hope to follow up ASAP.
