I’ve experienced quite a few physios and sports therapists through either preventative or remedial work.

All I can say is Regen and especially Kat has been a breath of fresh air.

Kat has been extremely professional, punctual and most of all attentive to understanding and helping me resolve my Achilles issue.

Working with me and understanding the problem, and diagnosing treatments specifically to treat the problem.

The most important thing to me is it’s a personal treatment and not a robot like conveyor belt of clients.

I 100% can recommend Regen physio, and a specific shout out to Sophie and Kat! Thank you for all your help!!

All the staff I've met at Regen have been incredibly helpful. I've had treatments consistently for a few years from sports massages to physio to keep me ticking over and fix or manage injuries I've had. You can tell the staff care about what they do and this shows in their approach to getting you better. Kat has been a tremendous help along side Jay, Liz and Caleb.
