The treatments I have at Regain are invaluable to my wellbeing .
Sam is knowledgeable and caring,the visits really help relieve my myofascial pain and neck/jaw issues.

Sam is amazing. I have been to lots of people over the years, physiotherapy, chiropractors etc but have never felt the benefit. Its always been too much. Sam listens and helps me like no other and I feel relief after seeing her, not extra pain!! Thanks so much Sam x
