I had never tried reflexology before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Helen immediately put me at ease and spent time before the treatment to get to know my lifestyle and health needs. She is so perceptive and takes a real mind soul and body approach. It was a really nurturing and calming session and I left feeling so much lighter and more relaxed. She also gave me some good strategies for regulating my nervous system and helping my peri-menopause symptoms these have become part of my daily routine and have already had a really positive impact on my mood and sleep. I would recommend Helen to anyone she is an amazing person and this is my first of many visits!

I’ve had reflexology before so I know it works for me, however, I didn’t expect the feelings of deep calm and relaxation that I experience during and after one of Helen’s treatments. She is a highly skilled practitioner and hers is a holistic approach; from the moment I walk into her room, I feel wrapped in peace and tranquillity and all my stress melts away. Helen has helped me to be more in tune with my feelings and to focus on putting myself first. Thoroughly recommended.

I landed at Helen’s clinic room door about 2 and half months ago, feeling broken, anxious, tired, depressed and hopeless.
Ever since a bad bout of Covid in 2022, my body, spirit and mind had not felt like my own. Coupled with bereavement, peri menopause symptoms and a high pressure job I was wondering if I’d slipped into madness and was willing to try anything to rediscover the woman I remembered but had lost.
I’ll admit I was skeptical to start; reflexology was not something I knew anything about and as someone who tends to feel more comfortable when I can explain “why”, this felt a stretch. I was however, entering into the experience with an open heart and mind.
My experience with Helen has been nothing short of transformational. I’ve had around 6 sessions as I write this, but after my initial consultation and first session, the difference in me was profound. I left Helen’s clinic feeling about 10 stone lighter and moving with a softness and presence I had completely forgotten could exist.
Helen created a space for me to open up and explore in safety. During sessions she holds you in a way that allows you to feel vulnerable, but in an empowered place - while she works, you can look at and feel your body in new ways. It’s created a new understanding and insight for me, which allows me to care for myself, body and spirit in a way I could have never discovered on my own.
My mood is more levelled, aches and pains in my shoulders and neck have eased, my breathing is better and my energy levels have shot back up like I never believed they could. Most importantly, my awareness of who I am and where I am within myself has a whole new level of depth and clarity.
I can’t imagine not having reflexology as part of my self care now and would throughly recommend it (with Helen specifically!) to anyone my story resonates with.

I’ve never had a reflexology treatment before I met Helen, so had no idea what to expect, but I found her to be very reassuring, welcoming and intuitive throughout. The room is also ideal and relaxing too, with soft spot lights, a comfy chair and healing music in the background. I was instantly put at ease. Helen has a vast amount of knowledge and offered several suggestions towards my journey to better health. Having helped me to release some trauma, I felt significantly better after both my treatments and I know I’d made the right choice in selecting her as a practitioner. I can’t recommend her healing abilities enough. I’m looking forward to treatment number three!

My first experience of Reflexology and I can't recommend Helen enough. She ensures you feel comfortable and is really able to explore any worries I go in with. Reflexology with Helen is my favourite me time!!! Highly recommend.

Having not had any reflexology for many many years, I’d forgotten what to expect . The setting and environment simply helps you relax.
Helen is very reassuring throughout the sessions, her knowledge and insight helped me to open up and release the traumas that I’d experienced whilst still feeling safe and listened to.
I come away from the sessions, relaxed but rejuvenated and definitely “lighter in mind and body”.
I thoroughly recommend Helen and her healing hands 🙌

Today was my first reflexology session with Helen and after the session I felt so surprised... I was not prepared for the physical and emotional insight that Helen would give.
Helen gently led me to relaxation with her calming demeanour and was professional throughout.
I'm so happy with what I was able to take away from the session and I'm already looking forward to my next one.
I cannot recommend Helen's reflexology services enough.
