Had my first zone face lift with Karen this week. I was recommended by a friend as I’d never heard of this facial before. It was amazing! I felt so relaxed during the treatment that I fell asleep! Karen’s voice is so soothing and her touch is so gentle. She’s very knowledgeable and took time to listen to my concerns before the treatment. The results were incredible after only one treatment. My skin looked refreshed and I felt like I was walking on air. Even my husband noticed haha! Can’t wait to go back. It’s just what I needed as I’m just going through the menopause, which sucks! Highly recommend.

Karen was such a considerate, caring and talented practitioner who listened to what I needed from the facial reflexology treatment. I felt comfortable and at ease straight away, and the treatment was so relaxing with both physical and mental benefits. I felt so calm during the session and for days after.
