Great Birthday treat. All staff friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor pool and hot tub. Sauna and steam room. Food and drink also served and reasonably priced. Need to remember to take your own towel and coins for the lockers. Will definitely be returning.

Had a great day relaxing at the reflections spa.
Team were welcoming and explained the layout and availability of food.
Pools both indoor and outdoors were a great temperature and clean.
The out door spa was great in the march sun.

Marked down a star as a locker I was using needs the hinge screwing back in.

It is lovely here! We went on a beautiful, sunny day using a day pass and made full use of the wonderful outdoor pool, sun loungers, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, indoor pool, sauna and steam room. It was nice and quiet and the staff were very friendly.

We used to go before the pandemic, and now it’s opened again we got memberships! We love this spa!! It’s so relaxed and nice to be able to order food and eat poolside! The staff are so friendly! Best membership we ever got!

Came here for the first time yesterday with a day pass. Had the most relaxing day, it’s a beautiful place, the staff were really lovely and the food was great. Will definitely return.

The only negative I have is when we arrived there were some older women in the pool. They made it very clear that they had memberships. As soon as my friend and I arrived, they made extremely rude and disrespectful comments clearly directed at us because we were younger women. I am 34 years old and was extremely offended. Luckily this group of older women left so we could enjoy our time there.

Maybe a message could be sent out to your members to be kind to others that come here. I’m sure some people would have given quite a big reaction to the nasty remarks that were made

I visited Reflections whilst they were holding a promotion. We attended one evening and stayed until closing. It was beautiful and so relaxing. The ammenities were clean and well maintained. It was a thoroughly lovely evening.

Took my partner to Reflection Spa for her birthday as a surprise, we totally love it. The staffs was kind and citreous make us feel at home from the moment we reach the reception desk. The rooms were well kept and the facilities, and breakfast was lovely. The amenities was well maintain. would recommend to any one looking for some much needed time away.
