Staff is very helpful and welcoming. We rented a powered wheelchair for 3 weeks for my dad who was visiting and if we need to rent one again we will use them again.

Wednesday: visited the shop. "I really need my first wheel chair before Monday!" Carla showed me various ones but none were quite right. "There is another that combines the best bits of all of them. We don't have one in here right now, but I'm certain that it will be right for you." she said.
Friday afternoon: Carla delivered the wheelchair to my home. She was right. All the best bits in one place. Perfect. She showed me all the various features (it's like they've thought of everything!) and things I could adjust if I need to later on.
Honestly, this is a paragon of customer service! Everyone should aspire to this level of professionalism, let alone empathy for the customer's needs.

Amazing service by Carla today. Went in to test out wheelchairs to see what would work best for me and had the most amazing service she was kind and understanding and had great knowledge on everything in the store, I will be returning next week to purchase a wheelchair. 100% would recommend best service I’ve had in a mobility store!

The telephone receptionist was very helpful while I was ordering parts for a bath seat lift which were not displayed on the web site, she did however say that because they didn`t have the parts in stock they would get the parts shipped direct from the manufacturer. After a month no parts had arrived so I emailed Redland and within a few hours received a very apologetic reply from Jade Clarke. She had already been in contact with the manufacturers who said they had dispatched the parts, but a fresh set had already been dispatched and should reach me in few days, which they duly did.
A shame, when a good company to deal with is let down by a supplier/carrier over which they have no control!

One star because when they took it in for repair the body work or body shell was in pristine condition not a smudge or a mark on it when it came back it had 6 deep gouges into the plastic when I asked them to fix this they refused

Took my mum to Redland for shoes. Service was excellent staff were so friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
