Nice quiet health centre. Appointments for diabetic eye checks always run late. But staff are lovely

Had a diabetic eye screening appointment yesterday, my mother who is a disabled badge holder had to take me for my appointment. We parked on the front in a disabled space, due to being early my mother had some things to drop off at the charity shop. I walked with my mother down the side of the building helping her with her box of goods, when the receptionist come out the back door to us. Asking if we had an appointment I told her that I did have an appointment but as I was helping my mother, she then said that the parking space where for people that have trouble getting into the clinic due to there mobility.
My mother told the receptionist that she was a disabled badge holder, but the receptionist wasn't listening.
My mother said she would go to the charity shop on her own and for me to go to my appointment. When my mother returned to join me, she told me that she had moved her car into a different car park down the road, as she felt uncomfortable about the incident. I was annoyed that she felt she had to move her car even though she had as much right as any other disabled user.
Shame on you Rectory Road clinic receptionist 😡😡, not all disabilities are visible!!

Arrived at 10.15 am for blood test about 16 people waiting notice on machine closed due to amount of people waiting to be seen, how long does. One blood test take less than 5mins!
Cost of Taxi there and back £8.
