Useless service, don’t care about you what so ever I was ringing them constantly got allocated and then month or so later she left. I then had to wait months didn’t hear for 6 months I decided to ring them, they put me on a course up the other end of the city when they know I can’t travel from psychological stress it causes with my bpd, they don’t care never will horrible staff and I’m pretty sure now they kicked me off the service because of this!!

Well had my first 1 hour session today with Natasha and it didn't feel like it was a therapy session that hour passed so quickly absolutely fantastic lady after reading the reviews on-line I was not looking forward to this session but she was fantastic I have had so many different types of counselling/therapy in my 39 years of life but she is hands down the best person I have dealt with it was almost like talking to a friend. Absolutely 5* and she deserves every one of them.

I suffer EUPD , after speaking with this team and saying I can’t do group work because of the risks involved the only option they offered was group work putting myself and other patients at risk .

They don’t seem to listen to you or even care about your needs

Disgusting service! Just kick you off after you've called & leave you in the gutter, without any communication, I've never felt so low, this service isn't the answer if you do though, they just box tick.

All the community psychiatric nurses are stuck up and shallow. Two of these nurses intimidate and harass my handicapped friend.
