I began seeing Michelle back in April when I was at a pretty low point in my life. I have a bladder condition called Interstitial Cystitis (sometimes known as Bladder Pain Syndrome) and my condition and symptoms were ruling my life. Over the years I have had 8 operations to try to remove lesions from my bladder which cause me immense pain and the constant urge to go to the toilet. Through Michelle’s calm coaching style using Vedic science, I have learnt to deal with my symptoms much better and am no long Karen with a bladder condition but Karen.
With her help, we looked at my diet and worked out what foods work for me and what my body doesn’t really like. I’m more conscientious of the food I buy and where it comes from and am able to listen to my body and what it is telling.
Sleeping is still my biggest barrier and we are working on that, but I can cope so much better during the day that work is not a dreadful place to be each day and I don’t feel I have to confine myself to a place with a toilet. I am drinking more fluids and not being scared to do so. I’m also asking myself the question of whether I really need the toilet, and most often, I don’t.
I highly recommend Michelle. She has truly helped me to get my confidence back, my self control in order and made me a much happy version of myself. I’m learning to communicate more too.
