I love going to see Antonia for general
rebalancing and maintenance. I see our sessions as an essential part of taking control of my health and wellness and protecting myself from hormonal changes and life’s daily stresses.

Anyone looking for a kinesiologist or nutritional/well-being advice, I would thoroughly recommend Antonia at Rebalance Kinesiology. She is absolutely amazing at what she does, is truly intuitive in her approach and her practice has helped both myself and my 6 year old daughter who has severe intolerances. Her way with children is exceptional and I would encourage anyone who is thinking about a more rounded approach to their health, nutrition and wellbeing to give a consultation with Antonia a go.

Over the last 10 years I have suffered with back and neck pain which often causes very painful migraines lasting several days. I had never tried Kinesiology, and had been recommended by a friend. After only one session at Rebalance Kinesiology I was amazed at how much lighter, centred and more balanced I felt.

Antonia is so insightful in the functionality of the body and the connection and interaction between the state of mind and what our body is experiencing through its physical reactions. She was able to pinpoint in our initial session where my pains stemmed from and where I was holding most of my tension which had caused me such discomfort for so long. I was amazed!

From the moment I sat down with Antonia I felt completely at ease. Her calm, non judgemental, warm and caring nature allowed me to speak openly about my health, feelings and concerns in order to get the very best from my treatment.

I cannot recommend Antonia at Rebalance Kinesiology enough.
