We had an 1-2-1 course at home with Emma which was a great way for us to both learn from the comfort of home.

We didn’t know what to expect, but Emma is so knowledgeable and her course is a great way to learn more about hypnobirthing. Emma puts you completely at ease and answered all of our questions, all the hints and tips have made us both feel as ready (as we can be) and excited for the birth of our baby- we cannot recommend Emma and the course highly enough.

The course was so detailed and we learnt so much- thank you so much Emma!

Highly recommend the four week course. The content was exactly what we were looking for and we are now feeling much better prepared. As a birth partner it was great to learn more about the things I can do to help and also to get a better understanding of the biology and psychology at play before, during, and after labour.

Emma was fantastic - providing really interesting sessions in a calming environment, and she patiently answered all of our questions, even if it meant running on. There was a good mix of slides, videos, discussions, and practical exercises along with handy take-homes such as a course book and goody bag!

Me and my wife had a 121 session with Emma.

I cannot thank Emma enough for the amazing Hypnobirthing course she took us through this month. It’s overwhelming expecting your first baby and being very anxious, she took us through every element preparing and tailoring to us, explaining the pro’s and con’s of every scenario that may happen. We attended one of Emma’s workshops & enjoyed it so much we booked a 1-2-1 session. Emma has been lovely & really accommodating. I feel so much more confident about my 1st baby. My boyfriend, who thought it might be all a bit weird, now feels confident supporting me, is talking about oxytocin, being assertive about our birth options & really liked Emma’s whole approach.

My partner and I attended Emma’s Birth Prep Workshop on Sunday, it was such a lovely morning! We had already completed a hypnobirtning course but quite a few weeks ago now so it was really good to refresh everything as our due date is next week. Emma was so knowledgeable and reassuring as I have planned a home birth, she also has had two home births so could give lots of helpful advice.
We finished the session with some relaxation and visualisation which was great and I will definitely be practicing in labour! We both left feeling really prepared and excited for our big day 🙂

My husband and I recently completed the Ultimate Birth Course with Emma and could not recommend it enough! I came in to the experience not knowing what to expect with lots of questions and concerns about birth and the whole process, but have come out of it feeling prepared, calm and excited for our journey ahead ☺️ and Emma was a delight throughout; so friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend hypnobirthing for anyone with any nervousness or questions around birth or anyone just wanting to gain some knowledge and ensure their birth experience is as positive as possible!
