Impossible to getting a doctor apointment , from more a week everydays 8am calls i had to wait most time 40 on more minutes for receptionist to pic up the phone no shance get appoitment call tomorrow or doctor is in holiday but day before no one told me that. Before as Bentley Health Centre the reception worked at a much higher level , it was more helpful and patient - friendly

Sorry but that's how it is made appointment 2 weeks they said ..went in next day to repeat prescription at 9.30 am absolutely nobody in waiting room !!! Thought they said fully booked ? waiting 2 weeks then on the morning of appointment I get a message saying canceld due 2 doctors sick bearing in mind they just had 5 days off on strike ? eventually seen by a doctor never even inspected my back problem just sent off 4 xray on chest ? and blood tests still in agony

Absolutely ridiculous. The doctor tells you to make a further appointment and you can’t get one. Only book two weeks in advance and fully booked. This is routine! Lovely receptionist but has a thankless task. After 32 years it’s time to move I think.

Trying for 3 days for appointments to make advised ring 111 they say gp wot the he'll I've got asthma and a streaming cold proper struggling with my chest to be told basically tuff bad bad looking on moving now this practice is a blooming joke 100%

Would be nice if someone picked up the phone instead of being left on hold even when your the next caller they still keep you waiting and waiting and waiting

Just waited nearly 2 hours on hold to try and make an appointment for my smear, last one got cancelled cos the nurse had covid, I hung up after being number 1 in the queue for over an hour. This is ridiculous

The worst doctors ever. Never sent for my sons injections as a newborn chased it up 12 times then went somewhere else. Also been asking for contraception for 6 months they never answer phone and the doctors are awful!

Impossible to book an appointment. Getting a doctors apointment is like winning a lottery.
