Damini was excellent with putting me at ease and being so calm and understanding when I was very scared of the procedure (i’m not good with injections) she explained everything clearly and answered any questions i had and made sure i was okay throughout. She did the procedure with excellent care and helped to distract me when i needed something to take my mind of it. It couldn't have gone any better and i really appreciate the level of care, it’s exceptional! thank you so much.

Be cautious when considering Randell's footcare services as their main focus seems to be on maximising profits rather than providing quality medical care. I visited them with severe pain in my feet back in March, hoping for a solution to help me continue working. The assessment was quick and professional, and they recommended specialist insoles to address the issue. However, it took 7 weeks for the insoles to arrive, and when I finally got them during another appointment, they were simply handed to me without any fitting assistance. Surprisingly, I was told there was no payment needed, but later received numerous missed calls and a voicemail claiming I hadn't paid. When I called back, they insisted on charging me £55, justifying it as a fee for the practitioner's expertise, which I assumed was already included in the £180 I had paid earlier. Please note these same insoles are available at £15 online with 2 day delivery. Feeling disappointed and dissatisfied, I decided to return the insoles unused. My attempt to address this concern via email was brushed off, leaving me feeling frustrated. It's disheartening to experience such a lack of genuine care for patients in favour of making extra profit.

The staff were attentive, patient and knowledgeable. They were able to adapt to my needs (type 2 Diabetes) and provided full aftercare service. I had ingrowing toenails on both big-toes and they were able to remove both problems with a minimum of fuss, bleeding or pain. I highly recommend them.

I am over the moon after months of pain and misery and my chiropodist not really solving the problem, l came to Randell's in Aylsham , and was treated by the son. He was marvelous, quick,and very pleasant and got rid of the cause of my pain, and now thanks to him I'm walking on air. I'll definitely be using Randell's in future.
