Horrendous experience. No communication, KM did not listen to parent. KM did total opposite to what was required, lying to other siblings/family members to get what she wanted not what was needed, which was later backed up by others in the council. Her determination to pass the buck ended up costing me a large amount of money and moving away, which she ‘forgot’ to tell. This shocking behaviour was detrimental to the child’s mental health. I tried to complain but no one listened. Poor, poor service.
