Today, my son has been diagnosed. Grace, Dr. Vilanova and team have been an absolute pleasure to meet and talk to, It's been a very emotional time for us, there kindness, support and understanding has made this process a lot easier for us especially when there is a lot of stigma out there at the minute, which personally I have struggled to deal with.

Dylan, was great. Put both of us at ease and helped us to understand some of the more complex questions. He kept us on track with our answering as both my husband and I tend to waffle. It can be difficult recalling memories, then then changing them to words. Although, think we got enough information about our son over to Dylan.

After spending years, being let down by the medical profession, I am very sceptical about any (nhs or private) clinics. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely impressed, with the service I got. It was so thorough, far more thorough that I thought it would be. Nadine, was fantastic, so kind and so knowledgable. As for Dr Vilanova-Godia, well, I don't think there is anything about Autism/adhd (and a myriad of other things) that he didn't know! Truly professional outfit, that I would 100% recommend to anyone who needs it. If only the nhs and other private providers, were as good as this. They should study and replicate, top quality services, like Rainbow Medical.

Diane was patient with me and my rambling on and helped me by explaining the questions in a way that was more understandable when I wasn’t sure. Prior to the meeting I felt overwhelmed by the thought of a two hour questioning but Diane made me feel at ease straight away and I relaxed into it.
