I rang railway medical group this morning concerning my elderly mother with in a hour a lovely paramedic lady called Annie came to see my mam she was brilliant spent time talking and listening to my mam gave her a good examination ect and gave my mam so much respect and empathy as usual my mam received such wonderful care from railway medical group

Disgusting... don't ever sign up to this practice... Doctors are good... If you can get an appointment.... I tried for over a week to get an appointment. I had to phone at 8 then 10 then 2 every day (these are the times the new appointments are released) to be told no appointments available..so there are 11000 registered patients racing to get a few appointments that are dribbled onto their system. You can't even book an appointment for two weeks in advance.! As one of the other reviews say... You're more likely to be able to get an audience with the Pope... Be warned. I don't give it any stars but had to press 1 to post

Absolutely joke,been on the phone for over an hour now,twice they hang up on me after 15 minutes,an so many times cancelled from there end. And it always like this,you never can't get through to get an appointment.
I knw it hard times and they might have staff shortage but it was like this well before covid 19 started.

Good luck trying to get an appointment, ring at 8am when it opens to be told no appointments left. One of worst surgeries I’ve ever experienced.

Its a fantastic gp practice from doctors right through the medical proffesinon. Reseption are always cheerful and friendly very helpful ive never had a bad experience all i can say is im proud to be a patiant with this practice thankyou very much railway medical group for all your help and services

You have to ring from 8am to get a doctor to ring you back. Three days running from 8am I have ring up only to be told I've missed out and it's too late and have to try another day,then been told medical emergency only,so what the hell am I ringing for then!!!!

I'd rather wipe my arse with sand papers and nettles I was in the newsham practice they didn't treat me and I suffered in pain with necterising forscitis and forlieign gangrene and doctor did not check area and my solicitors went through them like a Dorse of salts the NHS have not been kind too me .
