Went in with my prescription and mentioned that I'm not sure if I used this pharmacy before. I was advised they won't be able to serve me if I'm not their customer. After that I went to see a doctor at Queensferry practice and they advised me, they are completely wrong for refusing to accept my prescription.

Queensferry got lucky independent bought Lloyds, very well managed and prompt hand out of medication without any problems , this coming from me been a pharmacist that used to work in community pharmacy. My daughter has been prescribed just one bottle of antibiotics instead of 2 for 10 days course, thought I would need to go back to GP but pharmacist just issued another bottle without any issues.
It does seem to have plenty of staff now and like I said very well managed. Independent pharmacies are always the best, multiples just care about money and targets.

Thank goodness for new owners. Exceptional service. Feel so lucky for the whole of Queensferry that Lloyds have sold up to these new people. Apparently one is a specialist prescriber so my mum was able to get antibiotics from them without the need for a doctors appointment. Thank-you so much

Some of the staff are really rude and unfriendly. I felt i did something wrong by purely entering the shop. I waited in a queue for 10 minutes and several staff walked past and completely ignored us. Finally one staff attended to the customers with a face like fuss. When I said I would like to pick up my prescription (that was the second time in the pharmacy, in order to avoid waiting for it I came back an hour later) the staff said with a sour face that I need to wait another 10 minutes. When I asked why she started to shout at me and suggested to go somewhere else if I don't like it. Absolutely incredible. I will not go there again as this "customer service" has been like that for years.

Just scroll down the reviews and one star ratings and you can probably get a rough idea of how bad this chemist really is. The staff are absolutely horrible and you have to wait ages for a prescription that is apparently been ready for collection - and of course, the staff get annoyed at you for loitering in the shop waiting for it!

I’ve never liked the thought of ‘robots taking over’ but I welcome the idea when it comes to this shop!

On several occasions I have found staff pretty disrespectful to each other and to the customers. Once while several people were waiting in the queue, staff members were just busy fighting/arguing over being unhelpful to each other and they were so loud that all the customers could hear that argument. Pretty awkward situation to be in but they had no problem drying their dirty laundry out in public. And very recently, they hadn’t open their doors at the time which was posted on the door as opening time, when I knocked the door they opened. While serving me politely, someone when tried to open the door which didn’t have any sign of pull or push, the person entering of course tried both ways until got it right and the staff member had no holding back and saying right in front of me “when will people learn to open door like a normal person for once and not like a jerk” and hoping an agreement from me over it, I am sorry but this is plain disrespectful and shows lack of manners and professionalism.
