Offer prescription delivery. I'm agoraphobic and on benefits. They refused to deliver my prescription as 'cutting back'. Then don't advertise that service! False advertising

Went in for an emergency prescription for my 85 year old grandma who was staying with us for Christmas and had forgotten her tablets 100 miles away. Pharmacist worked out a way to prescribe what she needed, eventhough there was a problem with the prescription. A real problem solver! The lady in the shop was so kind to give my toddler some lovely old toys she had behind the counter. It made his day. Christmas came early for him. Wonderful Christmas spirit! What a team.

Cycled here for both 'flu and Covid jabs. Out of my area but I found it, logistically, easier to reach than the one closest to my home. So pleased I chose this place. No fuss, no cause to get anxious (I don't, anyway). All low key, but personal. Such a lovely gent, did both jabs. I would, certainly, opt to come here again. Definitely the place to go, if formality causes pre jab anxiety. Thank you!

Attended for a covid booster today and what a very fast and friendly service I received. Easy to park as they have a few spaces around the corner. Will definitely use their services again. Thank you all for a great service today.

Always friendly and very helpful. The pharmacist's are great and very knowledgable. So easy to get my prescriptions which are always correct. Used this pharmacy for years and have always had excellent service and now I have had my covid booster and flu jab there. Quick and easy. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Got vaccinated there today! The staff was lovely and the process was swift. Had to queueue outside for about 5 minutes because I was early but the staff offered umbrellas. There isn't a lot of seating but it's not overbooked so it's enough. See you in September!

This is in reality, is a comment on the abysmal organisation of the covid booster jab administration, rather than the pharmacy itself. Clearly the pharmacy is far too small to operate as a vaccination centre to start with. Having arrived at 11am for an 11.o5 appointment I was met with a queue of TEN people,all in a small area, all without masks, and ONE person giving the injections at a snail's pace I would have been waiting I imagine at least an hour, on a 68 year odds bad foot. Too much to expect any of the young people to give a seat up of course. Needless to say I left. This is down to the NHS organisation of course rather than the pharmacy. I , but it's pitiful

they were really nice when we first talked then ever since they have been NASTY. every time extremely rude and pedantically questioning whether i’m ‘actually disabled’ because i’m a student. questioned why i couldn’t walk far. extremely discriminatory and made me feel horrible both times.
