Last month they messed my repeat prescription up so badly that it took me 4 visits to the chemist and several to the surgery to get it right. Today I have gone to the chemist and the very same mistake has happened! No effort whatsoever to rectify it. This month again I am left without my 2 most needed tablets and feel rough. This is peoples health you are dealing with, it's important... Ridiculously incompetent. Consider this 0 stars. Joke

Absolute shocking. Take 3 young children down for scarlett feaver which they know they had as they have been told by the pharmacy and they've made them wait an hour and 20mins so the doctor can look (at something we k ow they've got) and now can't get a prescription because it's closed. Was told at 9 in morning it was scarlett fever! Absolute useless people

I haven't been with the surgery for that long but I have had a few appointments for myself and my children and the doctors/nurses have all been absolutely fantastic. The reception staff have only ever been kind as well. No complaints here!

Went there this morning to pick up a form one of the Dr had filled out for me, and they were so kind.

All the staff and Drs are so good there, and have patience (excuse the pun)

They are understanding and efficient. Not hard to get an appointment.

Excellent arrived at 08.30, given a 09.10 appointment, seen at 09.05.
The doctor was very good.
The NHS is what it is and as such people need to be realistic about their expectations.
Instead of moaning about what they think should happen wake up and understand the reality of the state of the NHS.
Value the staff and people who do their best with what they are given.

Was interested to read other views but this has not been my experience. I am an older patient, have always been treated with politeness and kindness by all staff. I have always been able to get an appointment, sometimes having to wait in line on the phone, but always on the day. If there is a doctor I want to see they maybe have a day off or work part-time so I check the website first. There are now tests that can be done in the surgery which saves time and makes my treatment/ information quicker. Sometimes we have to wait because other patients consultation takes longer but I like to think it would be the same for me if I needed care. Well done Quayside! We need you.
