Puresmile Bethnal Green

I have been going to this dentist for 2 years now. Like most dentist they offer great advice, and if I had listened, I probably would not be visiting them so often recently. What sets this dentist apart is the staff. The receptionists are extremely friendly and courteous and were able to offer me a emergency dental visit on the same day. Mr. Patel is a talented dentist. He is able to diagnose and treat dental conditions fast, and handle complex cases like mine which ordinarily would have been treated by a hospital dentist. I honestly surprised he is still doing NHS dentistry. But from what I have gathered he wants to give back to the community he grew up in, which something I can appreciate.

Had some dental work done here which wasn’t performed correctly. The dentist admitted fault and agreed to correct, but then became unavailable for many months (not Pure Smiles fault). Eventually I got booked in to see a different dentist here to do the work but on exit was told I needed to pay for the corrective work as it was with a different dentist. I’m sorry but my agreement is with Pure Smile, I pay at your reception desk, it’s irrelevant to me which actual dentist I get directed to and is subcontracted on the back end. Tesco don’t refuse me a refund/exchange because the cashier who served me isn’t available that day! I refused to pay and so have been banned. Buyer beware

Amazing dentist Dr Amol Patel, experienced and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service in reception. Also booked a quick cleaning service with the hygienist. Amazing. 10 out of 10. Highly recommended ?

The treatment was done incorrectly, resulting in further damage and need for root canal. The dentist could not identify the other major issue where there was an underlying cyst requiring immediate attention. I was told to ignore the pain and that it will resolve over time. I had to go to a different dentist in my home town, who was alarmed and got to action immediately. It was an urgent extraction of the tooth. It is scary to see the dentist could not even identify the issue.

Cannot be more happier with my dentist visits to this place, very friendly and welcoming staff who reassure you and make you feel at ease, special thanks to Dr Amol Patel who did a great job at my treatment and I saw significant changes to my oral hygiene! Also thank you to Elena for assisting. In addition receptionist are very efficient at Pure Smile, booking you in for follow ups right away!
