I went for hyberbaric oxygen therapy.

I arrived and was launched straight into the chamber with absolutely zero safety briefing or info.

My ears popped really badly and I was in extreme pain, not knowing how to contact anyone outside of the room. No emergency bell or if there was, I wasn't told about it. My ears have been damaged ever since, with multiple hospital and doctor visits. Also I can't fly anywhere now.

To top it off, some mug called Darragh sends an email asking for people's experience of the chamber - in return for a voucher. I gave an honest and detailed account of my experience but didn't even receive a reply, let alone a voucher.

It was a relaxing setting and clean and Helen was polite. Although there was zero pressure in the massage, light stroking with too much oil. Disappointed my 60 min session lasted 45 mins. Sadly I wasn't asked about pressure or if it was ok.

Fantastic 90min all over body massage with the wonderful Jo. Felt like a new person afterwards. Will definitely book another one in the not too distant future. Eva was very entertaining at reception desk. Great team.

Its my 30th birthday today, I took the day off annual leave to have a nice relaxing start to my day. I turned up to my appointment booked at 10.30am and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes only to find out my appointment had been cancelled. No refund given, no apology, no comms - nothing. Thank you for ruining my day
