From calling and booking our treatments at Coventry to walking into reception to leaving has been pure joy. We were ask to confirm what treatments we would like and then they told us what they were going to do. We had Emily and Natasha give us the best massages and facials we have ever had.

My first time experience at Pure Spa in Coventry was amazing. I was there celebrating my 40th birthday with my wife and kids. Everyone who we had spoken to were wonderful and extremely accommodating with my kids. I would definitely be returning and exercising the 50% voucher within 30 days. I had such a relaxing time - haven't had this for a while especially with a 3 year old and an 11 month old XxX

Attended the spa for my birthday and it was amazing. The lady who completed the massage was so lovely and made me feel so comfortable. My mum also got a pedicure and she absolutely loved it! Thank you all for making it such a relaxing day!

I think her name was Charlotte! This was my second visit here, I had the 90 minute facial and 40 minute Swedish massage. My experience was faultless, I knew that I could have free use of the facilities before my booked treatments so I chilled out in the Jacuzzi first (they have saunas and different types of showers too!)
Charlotte was lovely, friendly and professional. Every moment was relaxing even when she was getting the knots out of my shoulders and ensured the pressure was just right.
