I have been visiting Sophie for treatment since my son was 6 months old. She completed some treatments on him and I have been going for myself ever since. So I rolled my ankle 5 months ago, since then I’ve been receiving treatment from another physio with no real improvement.

My first appointment with Nicky, he talked me through the extent of my injury in terminology I understand. During the treatment Nicky very attentive & made sure I was ok throughout. Afterwards a brief discussion, he set me up with a great aftercare plan.

I couldn’t thank Pure MSK enough!
Extremely professional, honest & friendly start to finish. I would strongly recommend anyone to pay a visit.

I have been going to see Sophie since the birth of my son in 2021. She has been brilliant at releaving the tension from my hyper mobility (which has been worse since contractions) and the incorrect positions I sit in for my job. I was a bit anxious when I first booked with Nick as I am not a fan of new things, but boy was I wrong! Now i have been visiting him for over 2 months and my back has now given me a new lease of life! Highly recommend Pure MSK, Nick has been fantastic and calming and would advise anyone to book in.
