Disgraceful and heartbreaking 🤬

A 5 star rating & out of 6 reviews 5 are from what I can see are employees or people who work with them, there say they specialise in dementia clients but not one positive review from any dementia client or there families!!

My Nan (86) has a carer from Pure Life & I have caught the carer a couple times not doing her job, I confronted the lady and she jumped up and went completely mad at me. I’ve asked her manager for their complaint procedure & have had nothing back for a week now. When I rang they said they knew about it from her but didn't want to hear it from me & palmed me off with a wrong email which is very questionable!!!

Ive now spoke to my nans neighbours which to found out, they have heard her carer shouting at her, shouting out her window to the whole community that she vulnerable which has broken my heart 😢 among other disgraceful things too & they have even put complaints in but nothing has been done 😡
Ive asked for the care package to see what they are suppose to do but they wont show it to me. I'm now worried if they treat my nan like this, who else could they be treating like this especially that they “ specialise “ in dementia clients so who knows?

Read & please make your own option, but I can’t sleep until everyone know how this company actually treats their clients and if this is your loved one, trust me you do not want to feel how mad & upset I am right now.

Pure life looked after both my parents, both suffering from demetia and what a wonderful job they did. I can not speak highly enough of the carers who built such a bond with them I don’t know what we would have done without them. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
